Jessicas Style: Monochrome

Jessicas Style: Monochrome

Those that know me, know I pretty much live in black and white, it’s always in style and easy to find. I love stripes and if used in a clever way, hitting you in all the right places, they make you look fabulous. I think what I most like is the simplicity (that, and your clothes will always look ‘together’) I don’t need to wear a lot of colour, my personality is already bright enough.

You don’t have to do stripes to wear monochrome, a crisp white shirt teamed with black jeans and some geometric patterned flats (10) or a white dress with black accessories (2, 4, 5 & 6) can be a classic alternative. Attention to detail with your nails (7) or take inspiration from a twist on the cat eye (9).

I guess the trick here is; think less ‘Bettlejuice’ and more Parisian Street Style…

Want to have a go with monochrome yourself?
